Mayssa is passionate about human rights and social work. In high school, she played varsity soccer and was on her school Diversity Committee to raise awareness about various social issues. She loves traveling and has had the opportunity to do service work in Haiti and an exchange trip to Berlin. She is easily inspired by passionate people.This year she looks forward to meeting new people, participating in Ecuadorian traditions and learning Spanish.
