Leo is passionate about student success and equitable opportunities in education for young people. He has expertise in international student recruitment, admissions, and career counseling. He has donated thousands of hours providing free consultation to children and young adults from across the globe including Uganda, China, and the United States. Leo is honored and excited to expand his impact to serve the mission of the Global Citizen Year. He is dedicated to making a positive impact on building a diverse, equitable, inclusive, and better world for the younger generation.
He received a bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Renmin University of China and a master’s degree in Public Policy from University of California, Los Angeles(UCLA). He also had a great time as an exchange student at Institut d’études politiques de Paris (Sciences Po) and Korea University. He is a certified Chinese cooking and tea specialist, also an advocate for family farming and affordable healthy food & diet.
