Holly Carmichael Djang has twenty years of experience designing, leading, and implementing mixed-methods and quasi-experimental evaluations of privately and publicly funded programs. She has a depth of experience helping a wide varity of student-focused organizations uncover, understand, and communicate their impact; impact that is sometimes challenging to surface due to culturally-specific and equity-related issues. Her focus is on helping organizations understand and communicate their impact and learn how to use evaluation data to iterate on their programs.
