Dora is an alum of the Global Citizen Year 2017 Senegal cohort. After completing the Fellowship, she pursued a degree from University College Dublin in International Relations/Politics and Sociology, with a minor in French. From Ireland, Dora moved to Athens, Greece where she found herself an activist and community builder within the asylum seeker and refugee solidarity movement. In her free time, Dora is learning Arabic, makes ceramics, and continues her mission to find the best beaches of Greece.
Dora is delighted to find herself back with Global Citizen Year and is honored to be part of the same organisation that transformed how she thought, saw, and felt the world around her. She wants to be a key part of supporting the curious, critical, and empathetic Global Citizen Year student and alumni community.
