Yinuo Li

Yinuo Li obtained her BS degree from Tsinghua University (Beijing) and PhD in Molecular Biology from UCLA. In 2015, she joined McKinsey & Company, and she split her time between California and China during her 10 years’ tenure. As a partner at McKinsey she co-led the healthcare and social sector work at McKinsey’s Greater China Office. Yinuo left McKinsey to lead Gates Foundation’s China Country Office in 2015, and led the country office’s partnership with public, private and philanthropy sectors during her 5 years there. Parallel to her McKinsey and Gates experience , Yinuo started a wechat blog with 1.2 million followers today, with a focus on social issues and personal growth. She also co-founded ETU education and ETU School in 2016 with the goal to innovate education from an ecosystem view. Yinuo is a mother of 3 children and an author of two books in Chinese.
