Lauren Starre Guido is passionate about developing sustainable businesses and exploring the outdoors, especially by bicycle.
She currently works at Xynteo, where she supports global executives in transitioning to be future-fit leaders in the green economy. Lauren is currently the President of the Rising Leaders Program, a joint initiative through the U.S. Embassy and the American Chamber of Commerce in Norway. And a crowd-founder of the Sustainability Hub, a community for those working in corporate sustainability in Norway.
During her Global Citizen Year, Lauren lived in a 300 person village in the Ecuadorian Amazon while completing coursework through Eugene Lang College of Liberal Arts at The New School. She holds a bachelor’s degree in international environment and development studies from The Norwegian University of Life Sciences.
