Operations and Technology Systems
Manage, assess, and innovate operational infrastructure, systems, technology, and processes that ensure implementation of a high quality program. Lead an array of projects that improve the Programs Team’s core business processes and technology systems in support of operational efficiency, effective knowledge sharing and management, and programmatic learning objectives.
Meticulously lead the planning and execution of successful program event logistics, whether they are online or in-person. (Note that in-person events are currently suspended due to the COVID pandemic, and may be reconsidered when we relaunch our Fellowship.)
Develop and manage administrative systems crucial to the delivery of our program, including vendor relations, budget tracking & management, operational plans and calendars. Develop and implement systems and strategies that foster a culture of transparency and collaboration, enabling the team to perform at high levels of effectiveness and efficiency.
