The Executive Assistant to the CEO will be responsible for:
Scheduling: Manage the CEO’s workflow and calendar to align with priorities.
Travel Logistics: Oversee CEO trip planning, including managing domestic and international travel logistics, determining conference and event efficacy, and managing where the CEO speaks and participates externally.
Meeting Support: Assist with preparation for CEO meetings (ie: research and materials) and ensure timely follow up.
Relationship Management: Manage external stakeholder communications from the CEO and act as the point of contact for all requests and queries to the CEO, both internally and externally.
Event Planning: Manage logistics for quarterly board meetings and other board-related events.
