Manage our Admissions Operational strategy:
- Guide strategy of admissions to build diverse and selective cohorts for Fellowship & Academy programs.
- Ensure processes are in place to meet targets for enrollment, diversity and financial aid.
- Uphold and strengthen the integrity of the admissions process flow from application submission through enrollment; iterate process as needed
- Monitor completion of all application tasks
- Execute Recruitment Partnerships
- Review written applications and conduct interviews where applicable
- Execute email flow and communication with applicants
Manage & Improve Admissions Systems:
- Maintain and track an admissions dashboard on a weekly basis.
- Through regular monitoring of the dashboard, identify concerns and propose process improvements, to enhance the applicant experience and/or to maximize efficiencies in our admissions process.
- Document processes and workflows for admissions.
- Maximize use of tools, software and automation used in the admissions process, e.g. Salesforce, Airtable, Docusign, Youcanbookme, Mailchimp, and Front.
- Ensure data integrity across admissions systems to prevent data loss and protect applicant experience.
Contribute to improving our conversion rate of applicants across the pipeline
- Work in collaboration with the Director of Admissions and the outreach and marketing team to create a seamless experience for the applicant; oversee the communication with applicants about document submission to fulfill application requirements.
- Monitor stage durations and conversion numbers to determine if any adjustments to our process or communications are needed.
