You will play a critical role in shaping every year’s fellow cohort.
You will work with the CEO to manage her schedule and maximize her impact.
You will play a key role developing systems for and supporting incident response in Brazil.
You will be an integral leader providing counsel, strategy and execution on key people-related initiatives.
You will be responsible for the development and oversight of operations in Ecuador.
You will be responsible for supporting team logistics.
We don’t track it and we expect you to take it when and how you need it.
After 2 years, pick Ecuador, Senegal, Brazil, India, or the US to visit. It’s on us!
After 3 years, take a month off to explore and learn – your paycheck will keep coming.
