Julia Braunig

Julia is passionate about current environmental and political issues. She is involved in political organizations in Germany and has attended the United World College Robert Bosch Freiburg, Germany, from 2016 until 2018, which strives for a world united in its fight for peace and a sustainable future. "Education must enable young people to effect what they have recognized to be right, despite hardships, despite dangers, despite inner skepticism, despite boredom, and despite mockery from the world." -Kurt Hahn. According to this quote, Julia's goals for the year are to challenge her beliefs and conceptions and to learn not only more about the world but especially more about the human nature and herself.
