Holly Shankin is passionate about women's right, fair trade, and being a part of her community. She has been involved in an organization called Witness for Peace, which supports the Americas in keeping justice, and creating successful economies by changing US policies. She is interested in studying engineering in hopes to make the world more sustainable and accessible to less privileged communities. Her goals for the year are to become comfortable in a new home and country, learn Spanish, and eat a lot of new food! I am inspired by all of the people who are full of hope and love.
