Hadiyah is passionate about all things related to learning and wishes to absorb as much knowledge as she possibly can. She is actively involved with the debate team at her high school, and competed on the national level all four years she attended. She also served as an active member of National Honor Society and frequently volunteered in her community. Hadiyah's goals for this year are to become fluent in a new language, gain a global perspective, and let go of all expectations and just live a little. Her favorite quote is "It had long since come to my attention that people of accomplishment rarely sat back and let things happen to them. They went out and happened to things." -Leonardo da Vinci
