Alea Alexis

Alea is passionate about the visual arts, film and media, and language. Before her departure to Ecuador, she will be working on projects with a creative-based gardening community, with whom she will be able to explore art as a medium for teaching environmental sustainability. In her down time, Alea can be found working on her photography, playing Ultimate Frisbee, watching animated films, and reading books and comics. Her goals for the year are to learn Spanish, meet interesting friends, and exchange great stories with her community in Ecuador.
